Kate is a pianist, teacher and producer of new music events. Trained at the Royal College of Music, studying with Kendall Taylor and Yonty Solomon, Kate plays with a number of ensembles including pianocircus, duoDorT and Andrew Poppy's Sustaining Ensemble. As well as her work with Music Orbit, Kate has been projects officer at spnm and is a partner of 3rd Ear, a new production agency for touring experimental music. mO Series 2 has just finished events at ICA, July 2011.
